This home features a state-of-the-art 4K Home Cinema with true 4K (Ultra HD) projection by Wolf Cinema on a 138″ acoustically transparent, anamorphic widescreen. The 9.2 surround sound comes from an Anthem AV receiver and Paradigm CI Pro reference-level speakers. Together, the stunning images and high-end surround sound, creates an experience that rivals many commercial cineplexes.

Home control is by Savant®, which allows users to control the home’s systems, in-home or remotely, from any mobile device including iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android devices. This is a single app smart home.

This home features a 5.1 Home Theater with a 120″ screen, filled with richly detailed images, popping with amazing color, from an Epson Pro Cinema 4030 2D/3D projector. The 5.1 surround sound comes from TruAudio speakers powered by an Onkyo 636 AV receiver producing a lush soundscape that will delight family members and their guests..
